PRAIA – Package for the Reduction of Astronomical Images Automatically
PRAIA is a package developed in FORTRAN with no graphic interfaces composed of multiple independent tasks. Each task has a source code and an input text file (ASCII format) with editable input parameters. The tasks can be run in scripts for the astrometry and photometry of observations in (standard or not) Flexible Image Transport System (FITS) format. PRAIA allows full control by the user to manipulate input and output data with his/her own preferred external statistical, plotting and visualization tools. Reference articles, code files, examples and User Guide with installation, configuration and execution instructions are given in the links below for each PRAIA task .
PRAIA tasks:
- PRAIA Astrometry Task
- PRAIA Photometry Task
- PRAIA Digital Coronagraphy Task
- PRAIA FITS Header Extraction Task
